Incline Village in beautiful North Lake Tahoe is named for the Great Incline Tramway that was built by loggers in 1878. Today, this small mountain town is notorious for some of the Basin's most stunning and luxurious mountain retreats. Between Incline's private beaches and privately owned ski resort, Diamond Peak, you have skiing and beach relaxation at your fingertips. During winter seasons, there are many outdoor activities, such as Uller Fest, Dummy Downhill and more. In summertime, theatergoers gather to see the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival at nearby Sand Harbor. Fourth of July is also a sight to see! The east shore of the lake provides a bike path along the lake that runs from Incline Village straight into Sand Harbor beach. Homeowners love the tight nit community that keeps the town safe as well as a family.
