With a population of 305, Crystal Bay is home to three large casinos and lies on the California and Nevada border. The Crystal Bay Casino is popular for gaming and large concert venue. Directly across the street is the Tahoe Biltmore Hotel and Casino. Last but not least, Crystal Bay holds the infamous historic CalNeva Hotel, where old stars like Frank Sinatra, Marylin Monroe, the Rat Pack and more used to enjoy music, gaming and libations.
A new addition to this tiny town is the miraculous Granite Place at Boulder Bay luxury lakeview residences. Although newly built, they are selling fast.
